At the start of 1987, Mr. Carlos Gonzalez, a prominent businessman, decided to create GONZALEZ REAL ESTATE in a small town near Puerto Vallarta called Bucerías. For 15 years the company developed several projects and helped hundreds of clients from all over the world, especially the United States and Canada, to find a second home, their dream home.

It was in 2002 when his son, Carlos Gonzalez Jr., suggested to his father that they take advantage of his experience in the real estate market and focus on developing their own real estate products to satisfy the needs of their growing group of clients.
